Cultural characteristics and personal qualities most definetly determine how an individual acts toward people with immigration status.

    Explanation:

The wat a person relates with others, would depend on the way that person thinks, it's prejudies, beliefs and of course it's personal qualities.

Some people have very close minds, and the do not accept differences. Migration is a process that leads to the fact that different people, from differen cultures and way of thinking can live in the same country. So it would depend on each person's characteristics the way that person can handle the difference that brings migration.

Yes, I think so, because personal qualities have a direct impact on the personality of a person and cultural characteristics also affect the nature of a person by one way or the other. Both these properties reflect how a person will behave when he works in a new community or a new environment after migration.

    Explanation:

I think many people interact with people who are different from themselves based on their personal beliefs. These beliefs can be kept in one's mind by cultural principles, sayings, and feelings, but people agree with the sentiments. Therefore, I understand that hostility with different groups is not only on cultural grounds but also on one's personal views.
