The theme song was the Ballad of Jed Clampett which was the theme song for The Beverly Hillbillies TV show. It was written and composed by Paul Henning, and sung by Jerry Scoggins, who was supported by two bluegrass musicians, Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs. The song is still recognizable by many today.
