    I believe the answer is: D. It blamed Jewish people for Germany economic problems

    Hitler stated that most banks and media at that time was controlled by the Jewish people and their actions made the largest economic problems for Germany. Hitler made them as a scapegoat to unite the nationalist citizens and obtained citizen's support for the holocaust.

    One characteristic that the Nazi Party acquires and made them to be known for was because of their characteristic in which they are likely to blame the Jewish people in regards with the economic problems that the Germany faces or encounters.
