    In 1828 there were presidential elections in the US, in these elections, President John Quincy Adams and Andrew Jackson for the Democratic party fought for the presidency. During these elections no other important candidate appeared, for this reason most of the votes were concentrated on these two personalities. Finally the winner of the elections was Jackson.
