Frank person left a soda water mix on his porch over night and it froze so he pulled it out of a cup and it was soon a Popsicle

In 1905, 11 year old Frank Epperson left a cup filled with powdered soda, water, and stirring stick on his porch in San Francisco. That night the low temperature caused the mixture to freeze. and thats how the summer time treat was made.
