The everyday life of the Americans after world war I changed in the following way -

    - many skilled workers lost their jobs

    - the women were given the right to vote

    - many farmers became bankrupt

    - Many progressive reforms were introduced by the federal government that changed the lifestyle of the Americans.

    Explanation:

After world war I, the rate of immigration increased and caused demographic imbalance. Immigrants took jobs against low wages which made the skilled workers lose their jobs. In the recession that followed the war, many people and institutions went bankrupt. But on the other hand, many reforms were introduced and implemented to rejuvenate the nation with new energy. These reforms granted women the right to vote. Also men gained new opportunities of growth. The negative and positive consequences of world war I are felt until to some extent right until today.
