There were differences in the approaches to exploration or colonization among those who showed interest in the americas (spanish, portuguese, dutch, swedish, and english). why were some of these successful and why were some failures over time?

    Spain, Portugal, Dutch, Sweden, and England are some of the countries who had shown interest in colonizing America mainly because of its resources and people. Some succeed because if trying to relate with the Indians, however, some failed due to external factors and irreconcilable differences with the Natives.
