    The term citizen in 1787 in the United States is different from that of 1830, is that in the eighteenth century still not towards the proclamation of human and natural rights, where it indicates that all men are born free and equal before God and nature, in 1830 almost 90% of the americas had become independent and were citizens of their countries respectively
