    The Executive branch is reponsable for making sure the law is obeyed and this includes obeying the laws about the spending process, for which the Executive branch is accountable. The president is the leader of this branch and he is expected to defend the Constitution. He sends suggestions for the budget and when it is approved the president has to sign the resolution.

    The executive branch of the government is the branch that is mainly responsible in handling laws. They do the implementation, support and the enforcement as well. In the government spending, what they do is that, they are the ones who plan the fiscal budgets for the given year.
