Does every state always have the same number of representatives why or why not

    No, not every state has the same number of representatives, because the number of representatives are based off of the population. So, the states with a larger population will have more representatives than a state with a smaller population (House of Representatives). But, on the other hand the Senate always has two senators from each state to represent the state and in the Senate it is not based off of population.
