Explanation:

President Franklin Roosevelt passed the Wagner Act on 5th July 1935. This act was a reform act passed during the New Deal. The significance of the act can be seen in the fact that this act prevented the employers to interfere in the unions and protests of workers in the private sector. A board known as the National Labor Relations Board was established by this Act which intended to protect worker's rights to organize, bargain and strike collectively.
