Who would have been happier with their representation in the House, small states or large states? Why?

Large states would be happier, this is due to the fact that representation is based on population so if you have a large state with a higher population you will have more representatives than a small state with a low population.

Unlike the Senate where every state receives two representatives, House representation is based on state size. So, larger states would receive more representatives than small states.
