Alexis de Tocqueville state in this Democracy of America that America is a land of Democracy and America is inherently good and that is the reason for her to be great.

Tocqueville is greatly amazed to see the pulpits were a flame with the speeches of righteousness and the American Culture fought for and supported egalitarianism relentlessly.

Tocqueville also says that if American society was supposed to be run by any superior authority, it cannot succeed, as democracy is inherently seen and believed in the land of America.
