What did France and Britain secretly promise Italy and what did they get instead

In the treaty named Treaty of Versailles, France and Britain promised Italy they will have the Adriatic coast when the war ends. However Italians thought Italy was not treated well at the Versailles and was not given the land that was promise instead was given 2 areas of Istria and South Tirol.
