He is a Spanish Conquistador who succeeded in conquering the Inca Empire in Peru. Pizarro was able to do this by capturing the Inca Emperor Atahualpa and held him hostage. The Inca tried to buy his freedom from Pizarro by filing the room he was held in with gold and twice with silver. Though he fulfilled his part of the bargain, the Spaniards killed and with his death, the Inca Empire fell apart. He died on June 26, 1541.
