    The answer is D. Only Kings and their relatives could become royalty, while effective military leaders and politician could become nobles

    Mayan is a tribe that is very pride of their culture and religion, there's no way they let foreigners and those who didn't follow their religion to become nobles, and Mayan Rural workers is NOT required to become nobles
