C is incorrect, as the War Hawks were a group of people who wanted to wage war against the British. They were aware the British were instigating Native American raids on white American houses and believed the British were affecting the American economy in many different ways. A is correct, because many people were in support of defending themselves form the British and D is correct, because there were people opposing the world, as well as B is true because it is known the British sided with the Native Americans during this war.
