    I think that the answer would be how the other half lives. The reason I think that is because I read a book similar and it had talked about how the dustbowl effects the farmers. A dustbowl effects farmers because with so much dust that can effect the crops to not grow properly and it could also affect the grass to die and/or Make the grass not grow properly when it starts to grow back.
