What was the long-term legacy of the Congress of Vienna?

    The Congress of Vienna was assembled in 1815 by the four European controls which had beaten Napoleon. The first objective was to create a new stability of control in Europe which would stop imperialism within Europe, for instance the Napoleonic Empire, and uphold the concord between the inordinate controls.
