If a President signs an executive order that a citizen feels has violated his or her Constitutional Rights which of the following best describes how that citizen would go about having that executive order removed? Select one: a. The citizen writes to a Senator from his or her state, who then notifies the Court of the intent to exercise Judicial Review. The Supreme Court must then take up the matter and rule. b. The citizen files suit in a federal district court. If the district court does not rule in the citizen's favor, he or she may appeal to a higher court.

    If a citizen feels that their Constitutional Rights have been violated by an executive order it will be their responsibility to B) file a suit in a federal district court. If the district court does not rule in the citizen's favor, he or she may appeal to a higher court.
