    We are talking about the 1932 study conducted by the Tuskegee Institute with the Public Health Service to try to understand and record black men with syphilis in order to try to find a cure for this disease in the black population. 600 African Americans were part of the study but the problem was that these men did not give their consent to be part of the study.
