    The powers reserved by the State were - the power to own property, education to the people of the states, to maintain a justice law and many more.

    Explanation:

    According to the 10th Amendment of Constitution, the state must have all the powers that were not accorded to the federal government, known as Reserved powers.

    These powers include - property ownership, educational facilities to the people of the state, implementing welfare programmes, security, justice, creating municipalities and counties, fund raising etc. State shared administrative power with federal governments also, like - transportation.
