    tyranny

    Explanation:

Aristotle was on the opinion that if the democracies do not follow the rule of law, they can fall victims to tyranny. This was an opinion that turned out to be true, and it was happening several times in practice. When some of the rulers was trying to impose his authority over the law, and was taking the law in his own hands, a tyranny was developing. This type of rule was certainly not the best, as very often the rulers that were managing to have such power tended to use it in their own favor, often neglecting the interests and well-being of the society.
