    Jamestown, Virginia, North and South Carolina, and Gorgia due to water ways and soil but the best places would be South Carolina and Gorgia.

    Jamestown, Virginia, North and South Carolina, and Georgia due to water ways and soil but the best places would be South Carolina and Georgia. Rice needs a lot of water to grow and these places had substantial water ways.
