Association of nations of south east Asia and west Asia was not in a condition of accepting the state of affairs and their interest crossed their moral values.

    Explanation:

    Japanese's actions were not quite accepted as it was not in favor of country's interest. Their crucial policies and strategies in making agenda was not suitable for other member countries of association to follow. Other member countries of association of countries of south east Asia and west Asia possess different propaganda with Japan.

    The pronouncement and proclamation of Japan highly deformed in the time of succession due to the over emphasis on country's interest which was not favorable for other countries too.
