    Best Answer: other river valley civilizations such as the Babylon, formed zillions of small tribes, and they all go at each other.

    While the Chinese, from the beginning had a dominant tribe, and was able to actually form a functional government and country ... And it's always dynasty rules one after another ...

    First, you have Xia, followed by Shang, then Zhou ... these three dynasties are classified as the "slavery soceities", but still, it's one country, one political system, and one ruler. unlike the many other chaotic river valley civilizations ...
