Woodrow Wilson was the 28th president of the United States of America, having his presidential succession at the time of the First World War. Woodrow wanted for the USA to stay neutral, but when German u-boat sank British passenger ship Lusitania on May 7th 1915, killing 1000 people (among which were 128 Americans), he decided otherwise. He demanded reparations and an end on attacks on all passenger and merchant ships.
