Hershey occupied Leaf North America in the year 1996. In the year 1998 pasta operations were sold by the company and the Hershey company came in the scene.

    Explanation:

In the year 2005 Hershey Food Corporation was changed as Hershey Company. The Hershey company changed its recipe and reduced the quantity of genetically made ingredients present in the chocolate. Thus this change in recipe made the company different. It is one of the famous brand among Americans and hence it charges high prices.

Mars and Nestle are the two strong competitors of Hershey company. 70 percent of dark chocolate is created by Nestle and it is made from cocoa fruit. When cocoa beans as well as pulp is being used it produces natural sweetness.
