    killed a fair few but th aftermath was worse

    The Bay of Pigs Invasion in 1961 ultimately developed into the establishement of Communism in Cuba due to being a failed military invasion of the island, many people died throughout, including Cubans and Americans soldiers, and althout it only lasted 3 days, any more died as a result of diseases and fatal wounds consequences.
