Answer:The American entry into WW1 changed the tide of the war in favor of the Allies.
Explanation: Before US entry the war was in a stalemate as both sides were suffering from war exhaustion from years of war. But when the fresh US expeditionary forces arrived in the trenches they quickly broke through the exhausted German lines.
