    The Euphrates river

    Explanation:

Abraham is considered the founder of the people of Israel, being the first "Hebrew" to have a history. According to the bible, Abraham received a call from God to leave his family and homeland and to go out in unknown ways which God would guide him, to generate a nation. So Abraham left his homeland and had crossed the Euphrates River and then the Jordan moved farther and farther from his land and became a pilgrim, answering God's call.

Abraham's life was neither easy nor tranquil. He was subjected to various tests that proved that divine choice was not random, made at random. For God's sake, and understanding that the true believer should not expect any miracles from heaven, Abraham accepted these difficult moments without the slightest spirit of rebellion.
