    is shar'iah it is a code of law and conduct, written after muhammad's death. it is the proper answer, sharia is the basic of law in Islam and orignaly it is bothsecualr and religious law becouse there is no dostinction etween secualr and rleigious in islam, today sharia remains basic religion law in muslim countries even that in a civil law other types of legal system are used
