    Godiva Chocolatier is a manufacturer of luxury chocolates and other products. The company, founded in Belgium in 1926, was acquired by the Turkish Yıldız Holding, owner of the Ülker Group, in early 2008. Godiva was founded in 1926 in Brussels (Belgium) by Joseph Draps. Draps opened its first boutique at the Grand Place in Brussels under its current name, in honor of the legend of Lady Godiva.
