Answer: Pedestrians. Always walk on the sidewalks. If there is no sidewalk and you must walk on the road, always walk facing traffic, so you can see any car that might go out of control.

Pedestrians must walk on the sidewalk but if there is no sidewalk the must walk on the road searching out for cars
