Hi! This is a pretty easy question, but for some reason my mind just is fried right now.

If you add decimals or fractions that have different signs, do you

A. Multiply the values

B. Add the Values

C. Subtract the Values

D. Divide the Values

    C. Subtract the Values

    For example: - 3.2 and 2.2

    If it is asked to add them,

    The answer = - 3+2 = - 1

    So, both have different signs and their values are subtracted

    Again, - 1/2 and 1/4

    on adding them we get = - 1/4
