The answer is - 2 because 3x=3x2=6
And 2y=2 x - 5-10=-5
So then you ewuation would be 3 + (-5) = - 2

First plug in the values so 3 (2) + 2 (-5). Then solve. (3) (2) + (2) (-5) = 6 + (2) (-5) = 6+-10 = - 4
