Find the zeros of the function.

Write the smaller solution first, and the larger solution second.

f (x) = (x-5) (5x+2) f (x) = (x-5) (5x+2)

    To find the zeros of an already factored function, use the zero property. Set each value in parenthesis equal to 0. x-5=0 and 5x+2=0. Therefore, x = 5 and x = - 2/5
