How do you find the vertex of an function in vertex form?

    To find the vertex it the h and k.

    For ex: 4 (x+5) 7

    Ur h is - 5 and ur k is 7

    So the vertex is (-5,7)

    Also u take the opposite what in the parenthesis, since it positive 5, it becames - 5.
