What is the hummingbird's speed, to the nearest tenth, in miles per hour?

Use 1 mile ≈≈ 1609 meters.

    1 hour=60 minutes

    60 minutes=60 minutes (60 seconds/1 minute) = 3600 seconds.

    15 m/s = (15 m/s) (1 mile / 1609 m) (3600 s/1h) = 33.56 ... miles/hour≈

    ≈33.6 miles/hour.
