    Volume of Cylinder = πr²h

    Where r = radius, h = height.

    Circumference of the base = 88

    That is 2πr = 88

    πr = 88/2

    πr = 44

    r = 44/π h = 15 m

    Volume = πr²h = π * (44/π) * (44/π) * 15

    Volume = (44*44*15) / π = 9243.719 m³

    But 1 m³ = 1000 litres

    Therefore Volume in litres = 9243.719 * 1000 = 9243719 litres

    Volume ≈ 9243719 litres
