    Surface area of a cone: the lateral area + the area of the bottom

    lateral area: pi*r*l, l is the slant height

    area of the bottom: pi*r^2

    pi*7.5l+pi (7.5) ^2=435.675

    23.55l+176.625=435.675

    l=11
