Y = 1/3x - 2
To get y by itself you have to subtract 9 and divide 3 so
3y+9=x+3
-9 - 9 subtract 9
3y = X-6
/3 = / 3 divide 3
Y = x/3 - 6/3 always imaginary 1 in front of x and you can divide - 6 divided by 3 so its
Y=1/3x-2
