    1 1/5 can be written as 6/5

    7 1/2 can be written as 15/2

    Let X be the number of laps Kellyn wants to jog to meet her 7 1/2 mile goal:

    6/5x = 15/2 Multiply both sides by (5/6), the inverse of 6/5

    x = 15 (5) / 2 (6)

    x = 75 / 12

    X = 25 / 4, or 6 and 1/4 laps

    A lap is 6/5 miles

    minimum 15 / 2 miles

    (15/2) / (6/5) = 25/4 = 6 and 1/4 laps minimum which has to be rounded up to 7 laps
