How does multiplying a vector by a scalar value of - π change the vector?

a.) The vector will change direction and increase in magnitude

b.) The vector will change direction and decrease in magnitude

c.) The vector will not change direction but will increase in magnitude

d.) The vector will not change direction but will decrease in magnitude

I think it's either A or B, but I'm not completely sure

    Multiplying a vector quantity with a scalar quantity will only increase the magnitude of the vector quantity. The direction of the vector would still be the same. Thus, the answer would be letter C. will not change direction only increase the magnitude.
