Three coins, a quarter, nickel and penny, are tossed. What is the probability that all three coins will show heads. Show in an organized list.

    Since all of the coins only have 2 sides, heads or tails, the equation will be: 1/2 * 1/2 * 1/2 = Answer. Multiply the probability of getting a head for 1 coin by 3 since there are 3 coins. The probability of having all three heads will be 1/8.
