    1) The analyst isn't qualified. This means the topic of analysis may or may not be correct. 2) Using the wrong tools. The tools such as the statistical tool that will interpret the results may not be right leading to wrong interpretation.

    3) Ignoring systematic error. Negligence to the error and assumptions can lead to erroneous results and interpretations.
