x2 - 4x + 1 = 0

what should be her first step?

1. isolating the constant 1

2. adding 4 to both sides of the equation

3. isolating the second term, - 4x

4. adding 1 to both sides of the equation

    X^2 - 4x + 1 = 0

    the first step u would do would be to get that 1 over to the other side ... u would subtract 1 from both sides ... but that is not an answer choice ... so the only one that makes sense would be to isolate the constant 1 <==
