In Congress, each of the 50 states is represented by 2 senators. If you choose a senator randomly, what is the probability that you will choose a senator that represents Virginia. Show work.

    I believe it is a 2/25 probability that a Virgina senator will get chosen.

    You do this by dividing 50 by 2 then since there is two senators for every state you make it 2 out of 25.
