Lemonade sold on Saturday = 10 2/3 Gal

Lemonade sold on Monday = Lemonade sold on Sunday - 2 2/3

    = 10 2/3 - 2 2/3

    = 32/3 - 8/3

    = 8

So, Jessie sold 8 Gal of Lemonade on Monday.
