What is the graph of 3x + 5y = - 15?

    Well, to graph we need to change into slope intercept form.

    So: y=mx+b

    3x+5y=-15 > 5y=-3x-15 > y=-3/5x-3

    So our slope intercept form is y=-3/5x-3

    -3 is our y intercept

    -3/5 is our slope

    Start at 0,-3 and go up three over five to the left. Do that till you go off the graph.

    Then go down 3 over 5 to the right till off the graph.

    And there's your line!
